“So last winter my wife and I were looking for a live musical act for our barn wedding in July. We had gone to several biermarkt shows to find the right sound, charisma, and an act that could really hold the room. Nothing we saw we liked. It was not until the both of us were up at Blue Mountain skiing, we were rocking out at Rusty’s for aprés ski, drinking beer. The place was packed and the music was really good. Shawn is sitting solo, up front jamming out some classic tunes and holding down the vocals like a champ. Some of the best musicians you will ever find will be playing music at aprés ski, wherever you go in the world. My wife and I both nod our heads agreeing we have found our man. I drop him my contacts and tell him I want to book him for our Muskoka wedding.”

“Fast forward 6 months we find out he actually has a band, or two…they show up to our barn, have a couple bevies, mingle with the guests, and then head downstairs for dinner. His call time was delayed as dinner ran a little longer, so he got up and jammed some solo acoustic for 20 mins. Peoples jaws dropped. Once dinner wrapped the band came on and rocked the barn so hard, everyone was dancing. The most common question people kept asking me was “Where did you find these guys? They are incredible!” So incredible they blew the power to all of Huntsville at 11pm… as I like to put it. The power did actually go out, but the best part was Shawn ran to his van and got all of his acoustic instruments and played another hour by candlelight with the band. It couldn’t have been written any better.”
